Our public contact address is being set up. Until it is live, reach us through our social channels.
It speeds things up if you include your username, and — when something went wrong — roughly when it happened and what you were doing.
Reporting a post
Use the report button on the post itself rather than emailing. It reaches the moderation queue directly with the post attached, which is faster and means nothing gets lost in a thread.
Questions about a payout
Tell us the amount and the date. If you have the transaction hash, include it — that identifies the payment exactly.
We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and neither will anyone genuinely working for us. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you, whatever they claim. There is nothing we can legitimately do that requires them.
Privacy and data requests
To see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email us from the address on the account. The Privacy Policy sets out what those rights cover and what we cannot delete.
Copyright complaints
If something on FreeMock infringes your copyright, email us with a link to the post, a description of the work, and confirmation that you hold the rights. We remove infringing content once we can identify it.
